Holidays are getting closer, right now stores and malls have already started putting christmas decorations. I loved it! But you know what? I do really miss our christmas back in my homeland the Philippines because for me, it is truly the best! And yeah, speaking of christmas we asked dd what she wants as presents. I know she's not hooked on cell phones so i try to think other things that pleased her the most. Perhaps some Nintendo DS games, books and or just give her cash money instead. lol*

I was watching the program «Kabuhayang Swak na Swak» via (TFC) The Filipino Channel. I always watched this program whenever i can, because they are providing lots of information especially to those who are thinking of ways to earn extra income. Last weekend they were showing the process of making decorative candles. I was really amazed watching at how easy it is to make one. I always have scented candles at home and thought that instead of buying them, it would be nice if i could make my own using all natural ingredients. Jp's cousin will be coming to visit us this christmas and it seems that scented candles would be a great gifts for her!

Daughter Alyssa's birthday is fast approaching, too bad we can't celebrate her birthday at home since it falls on the day of our departure going to the Philippines. I already asked her what gifts she would want us to buy for her birthday, and she replied with a big smile saying she wanted to have several Nintendo DS games. lol* She will be turning 16 yo this month but as you can see she's still playing those stuffs right now.. funny huh* Anyway, I am thingking of buying this cute gold bangle I've seen at Jewel Elegance. I love amaryllis

I never thought that this Amaryllis flower (photo) a gift to me by cousins Helène & Ariane last christmas, would'nt stay long in our interieur because for me, plant like this prefer to be put outdoors only. But, to my surprise.. it seems that Amaryllis appreciate very much the warm atmosphere inside the house and gaves us this lovely bell-shaped flowers in vibrant colors. Naka ka-inlove di ba? And i'm so happy dahil may bagong stalks na naman cya ngayon which is great! Un grand merci à Ariane et Helène pour la jolie cadeau. Bisous..
