my wishlist

When hubby asked me what gift i would like to have for christmas i told him he can pick one or two things on my wishlist. Personally i'd like to have a new digital camera to replace my old canon ixus 850 IS i've bought two years ago. It is still in good running condition but already has scratches due to my negligence. Aside from the fact that i love bags, getting a new Samsonite luggage would be great as well. I wish Père Noël could hear my wishes. wink*

truly the best

Holidays are getting closer, right now stores and malls have already started putting christmas decorations. I loved it! But you know what? I do really miss our christmas back in my homeland the Philippines because for me, it is truly the best! And yeah, speaking of christmas we asked dd what she wants as presents. I know she's not hooked on cell phones so i try to think other things that pleased her the most. Perhaps some Nintendo DS games, books and or just give her cash money instead. lol*

gifts for her

I was watching the program «Kabuhayang Swak na Swak» via (TFC) The Filipino Channel. I always watched this program whenever i can, because they are providing lots of information especially to those who are thinking of ways to earn extra income. Last weekend they were showing the process of making decorative candles. I was really amazed watching at how easy it is to make one. I always have scented candles at home and thought that instead of buying them, it would be nice if i could make my own using all natural ingredients. Jp's cousin will be coming to visit us this christmas and it seems that scented candles would be a great gifts for her!

new addition

We are expecting a new addition in the family! Don't get me wrong, it's not me who is pregnant but, my SIL in the Philippines. wink* She and her husband (our youngest brother) are expecting a baby girl which will be due in a month time. I am so happy for both of them because my bro really wants to have a child for quite sometime now and here they are looking forward for the big day!
I remember few years back when his wife gave birth to thier first child, (a baby boy) but unfortunately the baby didn't make it alive. He was born premature and died few days later, It was so sad! Anyway, I wish both of them the best of luck and that things goes smoothly for the soon-to-be mom and her angel.

Yesterday i talked to my SIL on the phone and told her that they don't need to worry about getting a crib because i will take care of it. Since christmas is fast approaching, I thought of buying them a new baby crib and Baby Bedding Sets as our presents for the couple. I've seen that Baby Bedding Palace are featuring lots of unique baby beddings made from 100% high quality natural cotton materials. I find it perfect as gifts.

i learned my lesson

Dealing with hard drive failure is very frustrating. I remember few months back when my laptop computer crashed, all important files, photos and documents i had on the system were lost. Unfortunately at that time there’s no way possible to have them retrieved. So from now on, i make sure to have USB external hard drive at home to use in backing up important files, photos & videos from time to time. I learned my lesson:)

skateboard ramps

I don't know nothing about skateboard but when I see young boys playing skateboard in our neighborhood I admit I'm getting fascinated with them. Of course, it's a pleasure seeing those young ones enjoying themselves in this kind of sports rather than getting into drugs or other sort of vandalism. We are living in the City closed to parks and it's not a surprise to see skaetboard ramps anywhere.
