.. first round of France Municipal Election. hubby wake-up early and prepared himself to go voting.. while me confused if have to go and cast my vote or not. bad me huh! well anyway, voting here is strictly free, personal and secret. walay magbout kon mo votar ka or dili.. and no one may seek to know or to control the vote cast by any citizen either. this is what i like living in France, the famous (L.E.F.) liberté, égalité, fraternité. lol*
